Unified Funding Program

The Homelessness Program will assist homeless individuals and homeless veterans with deposits, rent and utilities for up to 6+ months. Each client must complete an assessment through the Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool, this is how the agency will determine what clients will be assisted first by priority.
